Anders has applied his business-engine methodology to industries ranging from real estate, finance and renewable power organizations; to web service, fintech and SaaS start-ups. Along the way he has managed multi-center teams, built global client networks, co-founded numerous businesses, run a cross-border IPO, become fluent in German, French & Danish and worked in seven cities across four countries.

Working capital is boosted through methodical receivables monitoring & management, the leveraging of vendor partnerships and optimizing of financing facilities. A/P, A/R & Treasury processes are automated, digitized and streamlined to reduce both error and attention required. To support longer-term planning Anders develops cash flow modeling based on core business metrics and applies real world scenario analysis. Anders lives in Seattle with his amazing wife, but they head up frequently to British Columbia to check in with his two delightful sons.
