Dr. Andrew J. Higgins has 12+ years of international leadership experience including US Army-Europe, Pentagon, Pacific and Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.
He earned Bronze Star in Iraq and Meritorious Service Medals in Europe and the Pentagon.
Dr. Higgins is Founder and CEO of the Mission Action Project, LLC, providing human capital and management solutions to both individuals and veteran-friendly small businesses.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and political science from Baldwin-Wallace College (OH), a master’s degree in higher education/student personnel from the University of Mississippi, a master’s degree from Air University in operational arts and science, and a doctorate from Trident University (CA) in education.
Dr. Higgins completed a professional development program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. In addition, he is enrolled at Vanderbilt University’s Executive Law Certificate program.
Dr. Higgins is married to Ms. Nah-Lin Yanez. They reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Arlington, Virginia.
