From January 2001 to January 2020, Douglas started and ran one of the most successful Sandler Training centers in the world. When he started, he began with no clients and no revenue, becoming profitable and debt free within 2 years. Douglas grew Sandler Training Center to more than 550 clients, from startups to billion-dollar enterprises.

He is highly experienced as the President of his organization (which he recently sold) as well as in training, coaching, strategy development, and tactical execution in sales and sales management. The relationship-based approach to winning new business and clients that Douglas has been involved with in his career should closely align to our best practices in relationship building and helping others. We are hoping to leverage his skills and talents to help the firm as a whole to bring in new business. Prior to Douglas’ career with Sandler, he was the President of Total Package, Inc. in Los Angeles.

Douglas has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts & Marketing from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York.
