Janice Ramirez has over 25 years of progressive financial and operational leadership experience with privately held, high-growth and established companies where she specializes in business process improvement and automation, strategic financial planning, budgeting and reporting, audit preparation, financial modeling, corporate structuring and sell-side preparation. Janice has served as acting CFO, interim CFO and part-time CFO for over 10 privately held companies. She specializes in building and transforming financial and operational infrastructures with a focus on growth and M&A.

Prior to joining ExecHQ, Janice founded a CFO Consultancy Group serving small to middle market companies. Janice also co-founded the consumer retail start-up, JJ Metals, where she led the business from inception to exit in 2012. She ignited annual revenue growth from $0 to $5M upon the expansion to multiple locations. Janice also co-founded the fast-casual Cuban restaurant, Crazy Cuban, that she is currently in the process of franchising.
Janice started her career in Public Accounting as an Auditor and spent two decades serving in financial leadership roles for global and middle-market companies including Diversitech (HVAC Manufacturer and Distributor (B2B)), Golder Associates (Global Environmental Engineering) and Resources Global Professionals (Deloitte & Touche Consulting spin-off).
Janice has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business Management from Barry University with a minor in Data Processing & Analytics. Janice is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia. Based in Atlanta Georgia, Janice is fluent in English and Spanish.
