Stephanie Orr, M.C., Executive Director, Casa Center for Prevention of Abuse and Violence

I didn’t know really what to expect going into the sessions. I believe the best way to explain to someone the benefits of coaching would be an exercise in deeper learning and an awareness of your values that give you a basis to make decisions.

Maury Bradsher, CEO District Capital

John is great at giving you his undivided attention when you are around him. He is inspiring and insightful with the feedback he gives.

Antonio Rosacci, Managing Partner, Law Firm

His ability to listen, actively, is an extreme differential quality as compared to others. When people come to a leader with organization challenges, they always want to be heard, not dismissed.

John’s soft, yet firm approach and his unflappable demeanor sets him apart from others. His depth of knowledge on leadership and life lessons is immense

Mr. Boggs is simply phenomenal, an inspiration, and I have been truly blessed to have him in my life. John means more to me and has impacted my life, more than he may ever know or than I could ever convey. Thank you, sir.

Andy McMillian, CEO, Commercial Real Estate Firm, CivIgnite

I did not know that Colonel Boggs would help me to answer the questions I did not know how to ask myself. Why do you feel that way? How do you know? When did you realize? What is the impact? He would ask question after question until we got to a place where my truth was revealed or until I would say, “I don’t know” and Colonel Boggs would look at me and say, “Oh but you do.
