Lisa Cobb is an enterprising financial leader with extensive experience in guiding corporate finance, M&A, growth and restructuring initiatives at large and smaller business. For over 20 years, Lisa has served in CFO roles, leading full P&L operations, reporting to the CEO and board of directors. She navigates day-to-day operations through organic growth and acquisitions, managing to short- and longer-term business strategic objectives to meet cash and financing needs. She has started, grown and reorganized businesses to meet changing industry dynamics and customer needs. Lisa has delivered financing solutions to small businesses, operationalized human resources departments, led marketing campaigns, and driven M&A and divesture strategies to grow businesses and organizations or reposition them more competitively. In 2017, Fort Worth Business Press honored Lisa as one of the top CFOs in Fort Worth, TX.

Lisa joined ExecHQ with a focus on Mergers and Acquisition transaction support for both buy side and sell side, synergy identification, due diligence, post-merger integration, post-merger synergy reporting, with an emphasis on helping privately held companies get ready to go to market.

Lisa has a unique perspective understanding family and privately owned businesses having been Co-Owner in the startup of Precise Energy Products in 2010 with her husband and building the company from the ground up through to the divestiture of the manufacturing operations.

Previously Lisa was CFO for a privately held healthcare company that grew from $12M to 130M through acquisitions providing her with a depth of M&A experience on both the buy side and sell side of the equation as well as pre-merger synergy identification, quality of earnings reports, data room documentation, integration of accounting departments, HR, facilities across multiple states, and post-merger synergy tracking and board reporting.

Lisa feels that unless a company has been through an acquisition, most companies do not understand the depth and the type of documentation that is going to be requested as well as the opportunity to normalize EBITDA to obtain the highest sale price and is passionate about helping companies to navigate and prepare to go to market to achieve the best outcome.

Her varied industry experience includes 12 years in oilfield equipment manufacturing, 8 years in the healthcare segment (specifically PPO, TPA, Care Management, PBM), 8 years in electric utility industry, two years with engineering firm working in commercial office buildings, three years in savings and loan and 4 years in the tax department of Ernst & Young in Houston, TX
