As someone who started a small business, Mallory understands the processes and the troubles that a business owner goes through daily. She understands that it can often be difficult to stop working IN your business and start working ON your business. She can give an outside perspective and create a detailed and individualized plan to help with employee culture, client/customer engagement, increase profit and cut unnecessary spending and make sure your processes match your goals and business strategy.

Mallory works closely with small businesses, businesses who are ready to create a franchise model from their start-up and companies who own franchises. She works best with service oriented businesses from insurance and financial services, law firms, retail and anything in-between. If a company is struggling with engaging with their clients and retaining or creating repeat business, Mallory can create processes to turn this around. She also helps with employee culture and can assist with anything from hiring the right team to retaining the right team.

Mallory can also look closely at company financials to help tailor a plan around their quarterly and annual goals. She believes where she can relate to small business owners is because not only has she been a C-Level executive, but she’s owned a company. This gives her a personal understanding into what a business owner goes through on a daily basis.

Mallory holds property and casualty insurance licenses, life, health and annuity license and FINRA Series 6 and 63. She’s been published in IBA Magazine and held leadership roles with both the Junior League of San Diego and Rady Children’s Hospital La Jolla Auxiliary.

She was a guest Speaker at Agency Sales Academy where she spoke about client development and the culture within your company. The franchise she owned was in the top 10% franchises in the country and in the top 3% for customer satisfaction. This was all due to the sales processes and the client retention processes Mallory created and implemented.

Mallory has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Minor in Communication from the University of West Florida. She recently relocated to Knoxville, TN, with her significant other and two dogs Moose and Molly.
