With nearly 20 years of experience as CEO and President of a mid-size manufacturing and distribution company, Marc possesses a deep understanding of how to effectively lead companies and set them on a path to sustainability and growth. He has extensive experience building, operating and leading companies to accelerate revenue, profitability and value, both domestically and internationally.

​Seasoned in analyzing complex corporate structures, Marc combines his legal training and considerable C-Suite experience to conceive, negotiate and execute transactions ranging from acquisitions and mergers to distribution agreements and strategic partnerships.

​Over the years, Marc has utilized his skill set to help balance the day-to-day challenges of companies with the planning and execution of long-term strategies to enhance value. He is recognized for his ability to analyze the big picture and synthesize solutions, curating data-driven strategic plans to transform companies, both financially and through improved company culture and engagement.

2) CEO and President of Carl Stahl Sava Industries, Inc. (2001-2019)

3) Director, Luxury Products Division at Pella Windows and Doors (1996 to 2001)

4) Director at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting (1994 to 1996). Prior to this, Marc was an Executive VP at Insurance Market Research Inc. (1990 to 1994

Marc has a JD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and a BA in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
