Stephanie Rinaldi is an accomplished executive whose background includes marketing, customer marketing, sales, sustainability, and operational strategy. She has extensive experience in overseeing and leading the marketing vision, strategy, and execution of an organization, skillfully leveraging data and insights to ensure both consumer and customer needs are at the forefront of innovation and activation to drive revenue, profit, and market share.

Stephanie is a leader with a competitive fighting spirit known for attention to detail, dedication, collaboration, compassion, hands-on work style and a knack for inspiring others to perform at their best. Stephanie’s experience spans 25 years in the CPG and Beauty industries. She began her marketing career at Colgate-Palmolive on the flagship Palmolive dish detergent brand. She then moved into the competitive and fast paced beauty industry, where she spent 22 years in the Consumer Products Division of L’Oreal USA.

Stephanie held various Brand and Customer Marketing, Sales and Operations roles during her tenure at L’Oreal USA across the Maybelline NY-Garnier and L’Oreal Paris Divisions, spanning the cosmetics, skincare, haircare and hair color categories. Most recently, in April 2021, Stephanie founded SAR Consulting, LLC, to partner with organizations on marketing and sustainability business issues by using data to design strategic plans for growth and drive excellence in execution for today and tomorrow.

Stephanie received her MBA in Marketing from Fordham University Gabelli Graduate School of Business and her BA in Economics and French from Wellesley College. She is also a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional.
