Larry has more than 40 years of financial, operational and executive management experience in numerous industries from start-ups to companies with $100 million in revenue. Throughout his career as CFO and COO, he has established a reputation for improving controls and efficiencies, growing businesses, negotiating contracts and establishing relationships with financial institutions.
Larry’s specialties include creating and achieving short-term and long-term strategic plans. That has included working for national and international companies and securing a $60 million line of credit with a Chase Bank-led syndicates. He has overseen moves to modernize New York-area distribution centers, including a 70,000-square foot rented facility and 100,000-square feet of purchased space that saved $1.5 million in expenses annually. Finally, he guided a company through bankruptcy, found two buyers and saved approximately 100 employees’ jobs.
He received his bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from Brooklyn College and, later, his CPA certificate. He is active in his community, having served as treasurer of two synagogues, including his current
one in Delray Beach, Florida.
