Mike has had a number of significant roles over his career, including: 1) Principal of his own consulting firm (Frazier Executive Consulting) where he was providing consulting services for critical business areas; including process analysis of semiconductor and Intellectual Property product development, establishing and developing international engineering organizations, and management coaching of engineering leaders (2013 to present), 2) various roles at Xilinx including his most recent role as VP of IP Solutions. Before becoming a VP, Mike held other product development positions of increasing responsibility. Mike started his career at Xilinx in Technical Support and Services leadership, including 2.5 years leading their European team (1993 to 2012), 3) Design Services Management and Field Applications Engineering roles for Avnet (1988 to 1993), and 4) Semiconductor (ASIC) and System Design roles for Lockheed (1985 to 1988)
Mike has a BA in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
